Return & Exchange Policy

This Refund Policy Is Subjected To The Complete Implementation Of The Sales Agreement, Breach Of Any Clause Of Sales Agreement Immediately Voids The Refund Policy.

1. The buyer has the right to return any product purchased within seven days, provided that all packaging of the product is in good condition and the product is unused.
2. The buyer has the right to exchange any purchased product within seven days, provided that all product packaging is in good condition and the product has not been used.
3. The seller is obliged to process the buyer's request for return or exchange of the product without any objection, provided that the packaging of the product is in good condition and the product has not been used.
4. No change or cancellation of order will be accepted after order processing. The buyer is obliged to receive the parcel and then request exchange. 
5. If there is no fault of any kind in the product delivered by the seller, the seller shall not be liable to pay the expenses incurred for exchange & return.
